Trials & Conversion

Trials & Conversion (Storefront → Trials & Conversion) tracks how trial users activate and routes your hottest leads to sales. The page has three side-by-side panels.

Activation funnel

A product-led-growth funnel across five activation stages:

registered → onboarded → first_api_call → subscribed → active

Each stage shows a count and the conversion rate into it, plus the total events feeding the funnel.

Lead score

Each company gets a 0–100 lead score mapped to a tier:

The panel also surfaces the current activation step (Sandbox KeyCreate MeterFirst Event) and the company's plan tier.

Lead handoff configuration

Wire qualified leads into your CRM or Slack:

  • Webhook URL — where Aforo POSTs the lead payload.
  • Score threshold (1–100) — only leads at or above this score are handed off.
  • Enabled toggle.

Use Send Test to fire a sample payload at your webhook (the panel shows success / error), then Save Configuration.
