Customer Community

Customer Community (Storefront → Customer Community) is the admin moderation surface for the forum your end customers see on your storefront. It is scoped to a single tenant's community.

Moderation workspace

The Moderation tab has four sections: Moderation Queue, Banned Users, Auto-Redaction Rules, and Analytics.

Moderation queue

Flagged threads and replies awaiting review. Each report carries a reason and a status:

  • ReasonSPAM, OFFENSIVE, OFF_TOPIC, DUPLICATE, OTHER
  • StatusPENDING, REVIEWED, DISMISSED, ACTIONED

Per report you can Dismiss (no violation) or mark Action Taken.

Banned users

Hard-banned members, with the ban reason and timestamp. Unban lifts a ban.

Auto-redaction rules

Pattern-based rules that scrub PII from posts automatically. Each rule has a pattern (regex), an action (Mask, Flag, or Block), and an enable toggle.
