Channels — Overview
How you put your catalog and pricing in front of buyers. Run a hosted storefront, embed widgets in your own site, or drive everything through the headless API.
Channels is where your priced offerings become something a buyer can actually reach. You have three ways to sell — a hosted white-label storefront, embeddable widgets you drop into your own site, or the headless API you build against directly. This section covers the two you configure from the sidebar; the other two channels have their own developer sections.
What Channels is for#
Channels is the delivery layer — how the outside world encounters your products. It is not the products themselves (that's Catalog), not the prices (Pricing Studio), and not the buyers once they arrive (Customer Success). Its job is a single question: when a customer wants to see your plans and subscribe, where does that happen and what does it look like?
Three ways to sell#
You don't have to pick one. A common pattern is a hosted storefront for self-serve buyers plus embedded widgets on your marketing site — both read the same offerings.
Pages in this section#
The draft → publish model#
The storefront editor never edits your live site directly. Every change lands in a draft; you iterate freely, then publish to copy the draft over the live config in one step. This is what lets you redesign a pricing page without a customer ever seeing a half-finished state.
Where Channels connects#
- Pricing Studio → Offerings — what the storefront pricing page actually renders. No offering, nothing to sell.
- — drop pricing + checkout into your own site instead of using the hosted storefront.
- — once buyers arrive through any channel, this is where you manage and keep them.
